We recommend staying in Teton Village, where the venue will be within walking distance.

They have many hotel options. Two that we like are The Hostel and Snake River Lodge & Spa. 

In the town of Jackson, some good places to stay are Snow King Resort and Mountain Modern. Town is about a 15-minute drive from the venue.
