May guests take photos during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Thank you for understanding—our ceremony will be unplugged. Please turn off or silence phones and cameras and refrain from taking photos so our officiant and photographer can capture the moment. We welcome phone use during the reception.

Are children welcome to attend?

Answer

We love your little ones and would love to have them celebrate with us. However, due to limited space at our Tubac venue we are unable to accommodate children for the ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding—please make arrangements for childcare in advance!

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're asking our guests to dress in black tie. Gentlemen, please wear a black tuxedo or formal black suit. Ladies, we'd love to see you in black formal floor-length gowns or elegant black cocktail attire. We kindly ask that our guests do not wear jeans, t-shirts, or casual attire to further help us bring to life our vision for our beautiful day!

We'll welcome our guests with a hosted bar throughout the evening. Once we've reached our hosted bar limit, beverages will remain available for purchase at our cash bar.

Kindly arrive by 3:15 pm to allow time for a glass of champagne and seating prior to the ceremony beginning at 4 pm.
