Eddie and Rio went to a friend's get together in their garage. Neither one really looking for a relationship. Once we started talking, we realized how much we liked each other's company. The two spent almost everyday together from there on out. March of 2016, Eddie asked Rio to be his girlfriend after a movie date. Rio said "Of Course!"

Rio and Eddie go to Covered Bridge Festival in Indiana every year, so Rio didn't think it was very strange when her parents and Eddie's sister Sara came with! After walking through multiple covered bridges and festivals, we were heading back to the Farm for family photos, when we stopped at The Narrows at Turkey Run State Park. This is where Rio and Eddie usually take the dogs for a quick swim and games of fetch. We went down the steps and were skipping rocks when Rio turned around to see Eddie down on one knee and asking the very important question of "Will you Marry me?" which Rio responded with "Yes!" before Eddie could even show her the ring. We are so excited to be able to celebrate this big day with everyone we love!
