Question

What time should I arrive to your wedding ceremony?

Answer

As the ceremony is set to start at 4pm, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to give your party enough time to find parking and seating at the ceremony location. Parking is a bit limited, so carpooling is recommended. If needed, a group may park at the reception area and drive to and from the ceremony location together.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception spaces will both be outdoors. If there happens to be weather there is a possibility of moving our ceremony space indoors, however this is not guaranteed. We will also have tents set up at our reception space should there be weather. We ask that you check the weather prior to traveling in order to be prepared as it can be a bit unpredictable during the month of April. We will be having this wedding rain or shine!

The Reception

Answer

We will be holding our reception at a different location from our ceremony space. There is about a 20 minute drive on a windy road in between the two locations. The reception will be held directly after the ceremony takes place, and all are welcome to head straight there afterwards to enjoy some drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and lawn games.

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

As we are trying to keep this celebration as intimate as possible, we ask that you please do not bring any additional guests unless indicated on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a selection of beer and wine available at the reception area, as well as a cash bar if you are interested in purchasing cocktails. For non alcoholic options, we will have water, lemonade, and coffee available.

What kind of food will be available?

Answer

We are planning to have some light hors d'oeuvres available upon guest arrival at the reception venue. We will then have a buffet style taco bar available for guests once dinner is announced. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know directly by March 1st, 2025

How does the room block work?

Answer

We will be hosting our reception at Sierra Sky Ranch Hotel in Oakhurst, CA. Please call the hotel directly at 559.688.8040 to book your room. We recommend booking as soon as possible in order to ensure that there is availability and to ensure that you receive the discounted rate.
