Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Please park in the Library Lot (27). It is right off Woodward Lane. Enter 159 Woodward Lane into your maps and it should take you right there. A shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at the chapel.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. There will be a shuttle to take you from the parking lot to the chapel!

Think anywhere from casual cocktail attire to formal wear.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

All events will take place indoors.

How do I get to the reception venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you choose to book a room with Embassy Suites, transportation will be provided to and from the reception venue. If you choose to drive, our reception venue (New Vintage Place) has enough parking spaces for our guests and you may leave your vehicle overnight.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available for both the cocktail appetizers and the main dinner (as well as dessert!!)

You will receive a RSVP card and envelope (postage included) in your wedding invite. You may RSVP through our website if that is easier for you!
