Sister of the Bride From diapers to wedding dresses, Heather has been there for all of Suzie's major life events. Many people ask if Heather and Suzie are twins and with only a 13 month difference in their age, it's easy to ask why. Heather is the first to offer gum or mints in a bind and sure knows how to tell a good joke. Heather is the sweetest sister and will go to the moon and back for Suzie.

Sister-in-Law of the Bride Carly was the best decision Suzie's brother Alex ever made. She came into Suzie's life about 10 years ago and Suzie has been able to see how much joy and love Carly has brought to her little brother. Suzie has gotten to know Carly over the years and create their own sisterly bond. The two recently tied the knot though Carly has been a sister to Suzie long before it was official. Carly and Suzie bond over their love of their cats, makeup, music taste and continuing memory-making. Carly is a true blue that Suzie is lucky to have stand by her side.

Best friend of the Bride You could say Kelly and Suzie are two peas in an odd pod. From the moment the two met (Earth Day 2012), everyone could tell that it would be a friendship for life. What started as adventures from Centreville to Clarendon, ended up as a 3 year roomie situation. 3 years wasn't enough time for the two but was the beautiful beginning to a funny, weird and exciting adventures they had together. To name a few: late night Taco Bell, hours of planning going out outfits, wig wearing birthday parties, decorating the apartment for Christmas/Halloween/St. Patrick's Day, dance parties in the apartment, snow days on the metro, Knoebals car rides and camping trips or eating purse nuggets in the bathroom of Don Tito, Suzie and Kelly solidified their best friends for life status.

Best Friend of the Bride 800 characters is not enough room to share all the love and friendship between Suzie and Maura. The friendship really blossomed when Maura took a chance and invited Suzie to her lakehouse in Deep Creek, Maryland without really knowing Suzie well. Suzie accepted the invite and thus began the adventure. Suzie and Maura spent the best summer of their lives together (both being teachers and off on summer break). Whether they were going on new adventures, laying by the pool or visiting new restaurants in DC, it was clear that the two were meant to be besties for life. Suzie and Maura have bonded over their love of boardgames, adventures, and even spent a winter driving to and from Deep Creek so that Suzie could learn to snowboard while Maura zoomed by on skis.

Kasey Pasko

Best Friend of the Bride Kasey and Suzie met over their love of teaching after a mutual friend thought they would be the best of friends. Boy, was that person right. Kasey and Suzie hit it off right away from their love of the Philadelphia Eagles, eating cheesesteaks and clubbin' through their hometown of Philly. Kasey and Suzie spent many nights laughing, dancing and getting done up but Suzie really doesn't know where she would be without Kasey's amazing listening ear, ability to plan a weekend down to the minute or sage life advice for just about anything.

Best Friend of the Bride Suzie didn't know that when she shared her Summer 2016 European backpacking plans with her friends that Erica would jump forward and say she wanted to join. Suzie had gotten some offers from others about how exciting it would be to join but Erica (who at the time Suzie didn't know well) booked a flight immediately to meet Suzie in Lisbon, Portugal in August 2016. When Suzie arrived in Portugal, the plans were pretty "go with the flow" and when Erica arrived the next day she shared them with her. Suzie: "I'm thinking we rent a car (stick shift ) and drive the coastline and camp the beaches. Do you know how to drive stick shift?" Erica: "No, I don't know how but I did it once long ago, it can't be hard." The 2 had a wild adventure and solidified their friendship.

Brittany Jones

Best Friend of the Bride Brittany and Suzie were fast friends. They bonded quickly over their love of dogs and their love of creating their own Halloween costumes and just wearing costumes in general. Suzie could never get over Brittany's infectious laugh, warm and friendly nature and constant ability to brighten the room with her smile. The two were fast friends early but deepened and it grew stronger over time. Brittany's love for elephants spearheaded the girl's trip to Thailand which was a memorable experience to say the least. When Suzie returned home from Asia, she lived with Brittany for a short stint and enjoyed all of the nights of conversations, at-home yoga, arts & crafts and constant laughs. Suzie is ecstatic that Brittany will be standing by her side on the wedding day.
