Kristen and Suzie met at CU Boulder in 2009. Their friendship grew throughout their time living in the Pi Phi sorority house, attending almost all of their classes together in the business school and trying to survive Friday morning finance lectures. After college, Kristen and Suzie bounced around Europe together solidifying their mutual love for travel and adventure. Although work and personal lives have moved them to different cities around the US and eventually a move to London for Kristen, they always make time to travel to see each other. Most recently, Suzie and Chris traveled to London to see Kristen, her husband Alec, and their baby Sloane. Suzie and Kristen make time to stay caught up on each others lives through phone calls and facetime and despite the distance, they remain best friends to this day!

Cheyenne and Suzie go all the way back to summer of 2003 when both of their families moved to Colorado at the same time. They were neighbors in an apartment complex while their houses were being built and spent time together that summer. When school started that fall, they were assigned to different halls so naturally drifted away for most of middle school and high school. They reconnected in college at CU when they were in the same freshman dorm, went through sorority rush together and both were excited to be Pi Phis! They lived together in the sorority house and their senior year of college. After college, they always made sure to plan trips to see each other while they both have made multiple moves around the country. They share a love for golf, margaritas, and a good beach trip :)
Natasha Snowdon

Natasha and Suzie met sophomore year of college in the Pi Phi house at CU and became fast friends. They lived together their senior year but decided college just wasn't enough! They both moved to Chicago after graduating from CU and were roommates in the Lake View neighborhood enjoying their time at street fests and loved to frequent Houndstooth and Sheffields. Suzie eventually moved to Dallas and Natasha moved to NYC...and then as fate would have it, Suzie also relocated to NYC and they were neighbors once again in the Flatiron District and enjoyed exploring the city together. They both love to travel and got to spend time together in Italy for Natasha and Nick's wedding. Despite no longer living in the same city, they have always remained close friends!
Aubrey Scanlan

Aubrey and Suzie met in the summer of 2020 after Suzie started dating Chris. Aubrey is married to Chris' younger brother and Best Man, Sean. Aubrey and Suzie bonded over their mutual love of the Defined Dish, their small squishy piglet dogs (Murphy, Bruce and Lionel), live music (El Paso Lasso, of course but more recently the 1975, Blink 182 and St Lucia) and mountain hangs. They have continued to grow close over the last few years through weddings, spending holidays together, traveling and more. Suzie and Aubrey love to spend time together cooking or hanging out around Sloan's lake. Suzie looks forward to having her as a sister in law!
Taynah Borner

Taynah and Suzie met summer of 2020 right after Chris and Suzie first started dating. Taynah is married to Ryan Borner, Chris's best friend and a friend of Suzie's since high school. Suzie knew she liked Taynah right away through her quick wit and welcoming personality. Suzie and Taynah continued to grow close over the last few years through weekends in the mountains together, couples date nights, girls nights, weddings and more. Suzie is so thankful to have Taynah in her life and to have found such a great friend in Denver.
Sean Scanlan
Best Man
Sean is Chris' younger brother and oldest friend. They have always been close and share too many memories to recount here. They enjoy spending time together around Sloan's Lake, listening to screamo music, seeing El Paso Lasso whenever they can. They have always enjoyed being the mountains skiing and snowboarding together and during the summer months golf together. They love to hang out and watch sports around Denver, usually throwing a few bets into the mix.
Ryan Borner

Chris and Ryan met at Rock Canyon high school their junior year. While they got to know each other well during high school, they became best friends while living together in college at CSU. After college, they both moved back to Denver and continued with their normal shenanigans. They share a love of golf, snowboarding, and concerts.
Zach Rogers

Chris and Zach's friendship goes all the way back to their elementary school years and playing soccer together. They remained good friends throughout middle school, high school, CSU and after college. They are passionate golfers and enjoy yearly golf trips where they play new courses around the country. They also share a love of snowboarding, mountain hangs, and concerts.

Chris met Tyler when Chris started dating Suzie in 2020. Tyler was living in Denver at the time and got to know Chris well during hangouts in Sloan's Lake, brunches and spending time together during the holidays! Chris looks forward to having Tyler as his brother in law!
Reed Wagstaff

Chris met Reed also during summer 2020 when Suzie and Chris started dating. They have gotten to know each other well since Reed lives close to Denver with his fiance. They got to know each other well through couples dinners and brunches, summer parties, and during the holidays. Chris looks forward to having Reed as his brother in law!
