Wedding Day Note

As much as we love your little ones, please note that the ceremony and reception are adults only. There is no parking at the Vail Golf Club. Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding is provided. The shuttles will depart at 3:15 and 3:35 from the Tivoli. If you miss the shuttle, you will need to Uber as there is no parking at the venue.

Flight

Denver International Airport (DIA)

This is the largest airport in the Denver area and about 2 hours from Vail without traffic. If you're flying into DIA, you can either rent a car or look into booking a shuttle ride round trip through Epic Mountain Express. https://www.epicmountainexpress.com/vail-shuttles

Flight

Eagle County Regional Airport

This is a smaller, regional airport about 35 min from Vail which may have flight options depending on your location. You can rent a car, Uber or also book a shuttle through Epic Mountain Express. https://www.epicmountainexpress.com/vail-shuttles

Additional Hotel and Rental Options

The Gravity Haus hotel is another great option 0.1 miles from the Tivoli lodge. The Galatyn Lodge is right across the street from Tivoli. If you're a Marriott member, there is the Marriott Hythe however, this is on the West end of Vail and all wedding activities are on the East side of Vail Village. You can also look into nearby AirBnB or VRBO options!
