Flying into Newcastle CAN be pricey but depends on when flights are booked, etc. Alternative Airport Options: 1.) London Heathrow, train to NCL: London Kings Cross to Newcastle Train Station (3 hrs total) 2.) Edinburgh Airport, train to NCL: Edinburgh Train Station to Newcastle Station (2 hr 20 min) 3.) Manchester Airport, train to NCL: Manchester Train Station to Newcastle Station (2 hr 29 min) OR: Flying with Aer Lingus will take you directly to Newcastle Airport with a layover in Dublin.
