Our Story
Marko and Suzi first crossed paths nearly ten years ago in high school. They weren’t friends, they simply knew of each other, two people moving in the same circles without realizing how important the other would one day become.
In 2017 they went on their first date. There was a spark, but the timing wasn’t right. They didn’t start dating, but they stayed loosely in touch. Every year after that, Marko would reach out hoping to see Suzi again. And every year, life somehow got in the way.
Eventually, after years of almosts, Marko sent one last message saying it would be the final time he tried. Soon after, they unexpectedly ran into each other, and suddenly everything felt different. They talked, laughed, and all those what-ifs turned into something real. In June 2020, they finally started dating.
In September 2025, during a trip to Italy, Marko surprised Suzi with a proposal. She said the easiest yes of her life.
