Are there COVID-19 protocols?

We ask that all guests follow CDC guidelines and be fully vaccinated. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and fun weekend!

Please arrive by 9:45am so you can participate in the fun and festivities!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest semi-formal attire for the ceremony. Dresses, lehengas, or sarees for women and button downs, blazers, or kurta pajamas for men. For the evening, please wear formal attire. Cocktail dresses, gowns, or lehengas for women and suits for men.

Where can I get Indian clothes?

Answer

Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! If you would like to wear Indian clothes, check out your local shops or websites including Amazon and Etsy.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking is available at the hotels and venue.

How do we get from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

The venue is a 10 min drive from the hotels. Hotel shuttle schedule: Holiday Inn to Ceremony: 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40pm Ceremony to Holiday Inn: 1:30pm, 1:50pm, 2:10pm Holiday Inn to Reception: 5:30pm, 5:50pm, 6:10pm, 6:30pm Reception to Holiday Inn: 10:20pm, 10:40pm, 11:00pm, 11:20pm, 11:40pm, 12:00am
