We wish we could invite everyone--we really do! But space is limited, so we are asking the children to stay home. Parents, we want you to have a night off without your kids—and we will be happy to help you find childcare.
Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and dinner will be indoors. But the Boathouse has lots of doors and will be as open-air as possible. Bring a shawl or layer.
By train: Q, S, or B trains to Prospect Park station. Follow the sign for the Flatbush Ave./Ocean Ave. southwest corner exit. Turn left and walk towards the traffic light at Ocean Ave. Cross the Street to Prospect Park and turn left into the brick-paved park entrance (Willink Drive). Someone will be there to direct you to the Boathouse! By car: When at the traffic circle at Grand Army Plaza, continue on Flatbush (Botanic Garden on left, park on right). Just after you pass the zoo and Lefferts Historic House on your right, turn right into the brick-paved park entrance (Willink Drive, 100 feet before the traffic light at the intersection of Empire Blvd. and Ocean Ave.) Someone will be there to direct you to the Boathouse! From there it's a short walk to the Boathouse.
