Go to www.finestresorts.com ○ Find the booking engine (usually a gold bar at the bottom of the screen). ○ Select your Destination (Finest Playa Mujeres), Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of guests and add the Promo Code (MTWDEC24FPM). ○ Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY” ○ Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied” ○ In the comments box, please add the promo code. ○ Complete your booking, and that is all. You have until October 4th 2024 to book or make any changes to your reservation.

The website is not letting me book less than 5 nights

Answer

Based on the room availability of the hotel, a Minimum Length of Stay restriction may apply. Minimum Length of Stay Restrictions may change without prior notice. You may attempt to call to book your reservation to bypass the 5 night minimum stay.

Can I book at another Hotel?

Unfortunately, to attend the wedding, you will need to stay at the Finest Playa Mujeres. If you are unable to book a room at the resort, please let us know.

Can I extend my stay for longer?

Answer

Yes, You can stay as long as you like, but the promo code only works until December 12th 2024.

The rooms I want is gone and the basic room is boring. Can I get a new room even if I already have a reservation?

Answer

It is unfortunate that the rooms are very limited around this time. We recommend you to check the website frequently in the event another room type opens up. Cancellation is free on the room up until 24 hrs before check-in. If you find another room before October 2024 (when promo code expires), you can book the new room and cancel your existing reservation.

Are there any fee / charges to the credit card after booking my reservation?

Answer

The hotel will charge and refund $1 to your card as a security measure. Your card on file will be charged for the entire amount of your stay 1 month before check-in (November 5th 2024).

It is estimated to be 45 mins away by car.

Is there shuttle from airport to the resort?

Answer

Yes, by booking 3 nights or more with the promo code, round trip transportation is provided by the resort.

Can I book without the promo code? I noticed the flight+hotel option was cheaper.

Promo code rate is exclusive for “Suite Only” bookings. The promo code is not applicable on “Suite + Flight” option. If you are booking using the "Suite + Flight" option, please let us know your reservation number so that we can notify the resort. Please note that airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option

How many people can I have in my room?

Answer

Depending on the room type, the resort allows a maximum 4-5 people per room depending on room selection (3 adults 1 children or 2 adults 2 children / 3 adults 2 children / 2 adults 2 children 1 infant). When booking on the website only 3 adults are allowed in each room.

What days should I plan to be at the resort?

Wedding events will occur starting December 6, 2024 through December 8, 2024. We would love for you to stay for these events!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2024. But the earlier the better!

The dates are grayed out for the selected dates. I cannot book it. Is it unavailable?

Answer

If you're seeing the Dec 5-7th dates grayed out, you will need to: ○ Pick different dates and click "Check Availability" ○ On the room selection page, modify your dates to your desired dates. ○ Add Promocode after changing dates to see discounted rates. (Availability is low so they are potentially blocking dates for guests)
