ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your day off! However if you have a baby sitter that can watch your children during the ceremony, you are welcome to make those arrangements ..

ARE THERE HOTELS CLOSE TO THE SELECTED WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

Yes - there is a variety of nice hotels to choose from.. Just google hotels near by the venue grounds. We shall be posting our recommendations soon!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CHURCH / HOTELS TO THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

Each person / couple apart from the wedding party is responsible for their transportation to and from the their homes, church or reception grounds unless otherwise noted.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO THE RECEPTION?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We prefer African if possible - most important, please dress comfortably..

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Of course, just note it in your RSVP or call the wedding planner prior to arrival.

WHERE AND HOW FAR IS THE WEDDING VENUE

Answer

Approximately two and half hours drive depending on the traffic from Embu town - to the capital city of Kenya - Nairobi and about 30 minutes from Nairobi International airport with light traffic to where officiation and reception grounds are located. Wedding venue is at St. John Eudes Center, Karen, Nairobi (Please google for directions)

ARE YOU REGISTERED AND IF YES, WHERE?

Answer

Yes! We've created a list of our desires for monetary donations as well as items for our home that we'd love to share together at Zola. We'll make sure your monetary donation via credit card or debit card donated through Zola are used in exactly the way you want to help.

Please let us know whether you plan to attend by November 15th 2018.
