We are specifically inviting only the person or couple that we know so that we can invite as many of our family and friends as possible. Please search your name on this website to find the individuals, including children, that are invited and edit/RSVP as needed. If you see an error, please let us know right away!
This is a family friendly wedding and venue. You will need to RSVP for each person you intend to bring. If you are staying on site, you will have opportunities to visit your room or cabin as needed.
Please dress to be comfortable and plan for multiple weather conditions. We encourage dressing up as you like, but we will also be enjoying the outdoors and playing games. Wear heels at your own risk. There will be time to visit your hotel room or cabin throughout the evening if you need to change or add layers as the sun sets and we celebrate into the night.
You can bring whatever you need to your hotel room for your stay. You cannot bring in or take out food/drink from the reception itself. Dietary restrictions can be taken into consideration. You can take a break to visit your room if you need to eat anything. If you are not staying on site, you can keep food/drink in cabin #12 with Ryan and Heather.
Due to the extra expense of a destination wedding, we do not expect gifts from everyone. If you would like to still give something in celebration of our wedding, you are welcome to choose from the registry or help us fund our honeymoon!
Please speak with the band to let them know you would like to interrupt for a speech, reading, or well wishes. If you would like to sing and/or play an instrument, reach out to Ryan or Heather to contact the band in advance to organize this.
A limited selection will be provided and a full bar menu will be available for purchase. Please make sure to have a valid ID for service of alcohol.
We will have some items and there are various amenities available at Holiday Acres, but you are welcome to bring something if you want. There is an extensive field space to use and enjoy.
Yes, you can bring up to two animals to Holiday Acres if you are staying in specific rooms or cabins. They will not be allowed at the reception and dogs cannot be walked in the beach area. Please leash your dog when outside and use the boat launch area for pets to swim. Inform Holiday Acres at booking and there will be an additional fee. Please be respectful and clean up after your pets, ensuring they are not disruptive or destructive.
