Can I RSVP yet?

Formal invitations will follow in early 2026. We kindly ask that you RSVP once the formal invitation is received.

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated in your invitation.

While we love your little ones, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Please reach out to us if you'd like information on local babysitting services.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes! Please check our Accommodations page for information on our room block at The Wick. We've reserved a limited room block for guests that is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception indoors.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

There will be options for most dietary needs. Please let us know via the RSVP form or reach out directly.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing shuttles; most venues are walkable from downtown Hudson. Rideshare services are limited, so plan ahead.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, The Caboose has a parking lot right next door.

What's the weather like in June in Hudson?

Answer

Expect warm days and cooler evenings — we suggest bringing a light jacket, just in case!
