To help with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 30th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no.' We need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner and won’t be able to hunt down those who haven’t responded.
The attire for our celebration is garden party/semi formal! Mid to full length dresses for women and button down shirts with or without ties and slacks for men. You do not need to wear a suit jacket! For the ladies, be cautious of thin heels as we will be in the grass. We do request no jeans, shorts or t shirts. We ask that you refrain from wearing blue or blue floral dresses, as this is being reserved for our wedding party and immediate family. If you need any inspiration, we've compiled a Pinterest board linked below with some really good options! If you need any additional clarity or just have questions about the dress code, please feel free to reach out directly to Sam or Summer with questions! https://pin.it/2mVrvqywv
While we have no expectations of gifts, we’re asking that if you want to give anything, contributions towards our honeymoon fund would be appreciated! Due to Summer not immediately changing her last name, we’re asking that if you choose to give a check, write them out to Summer Blosser, Samuel Staley, or both names together so things run smoothly when depositing at the bank!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the subject line of the email invitation or specified on the paper invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance.
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), the reception will be outside. There will be an event tent covering the tables and dance floor, but the event will be outdoors. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
As much as we love your little ones, our reception is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, dedicated dances, and speeches, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have hired a professional photographer to capture these moments for us. Other than those moments, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! We look forward to seeing the day through the eyes of our guests!
No, we won't even be having a bar! There will be alcohol available, but in a limited quantity. There will be a mix of beer, wine and a mixed drink or two available, but once they're gone, they're gone! Due to the rural nature of our reception and limited to no phone service in the area, we want to be sure everyone will be able to get home safely at the end of the night.
Yes! If you’d like the chance to come steal the bride or groom to dance, there will be a song or two at the beginning of the reception to do so! Throw a $1 and come grab Sam or Summer!
