We encourage you to wear something that inspires Spring Equinox. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so plan footwear accordingly (no heels). The coastal town may also be chilly, so pack layers.
The event will take place at a private residence with both indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceremony and dinner will likely be outdoors, while the reception will flow between indoor and outdoor areas. In the evening, we will have an outdoor fire pit to gather around and enjoy.
Parking is available at venue yet it is minimal. We highly recommend carpooling and planning to arrive close to 2pm to make this a smooth process. Once availability around the venue fills up, there is parking with a bit of a walk down the street. There will be a wedding butler onsite directing cars and helping to park.
Yes! We'll have appetizers during cocktail hour and dinner will be provided. There will also be a wedding butler on-site making our favorite cocktail, a Mezcal Margarita as well as white wine and beer and a seasonal non-alcoholic option. In addition, since we are in a relaxed setting, you are welcome to bring a beverage of choice, just no red wine please (white couches)
2:00 - Arrival 3:00 - Ceremony 3:30 - Cocktail Hour 5:30 - Dinner 7:00 - Dancing and Celebration 9:00 - Farewell
We would love for you to be present during the ceremony, so we're kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. Don't worry, we have a professional photographer to capture the ceremony moments. Feel free to take as many photos as you like before and after the ceremony.
You'll find hotel and accommodation recommendations in the "Travel" section of this website. Please note Muir Beach and Mill Valley are the closest areas. AirBnB has good options especially if sharing with a group.
