Between 1:30-1:45pm. This way you have enough time to get seated before the show begins at 2pm!
Dress code is semi-formal cocktail attire. We can’t wait to see how wonderful you all look!
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only event. All guests will be 18+. This will give you a break for the night to enjoy yourself and have fun on the dance floor with a drink in your hand!
In the “Travel” tab, there is information on our hotel block with rooms at Avon Old Farms Hotel in Avon, CT. There will be a provided shuttle to and from the hotel. The shuttle will NOT be making stops to other hotels.
Yes! There will be a shuttle that will pick up guests at the Avon Old Farms Hotel and drive them to the venue, and drive back to the hotel at the end of the night. The shuttle will depart the hotel for the ceremony at 1:00pm. This is the only hotel the shuttle will be going to and from.
Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. We will also be providing a shuttle for those who want to enjoy the open bar which will open up more available parking spots if you wish to drive yourself.
Due to budget and venue spacing we have a limited amount of guests. There will be a number of chairs that will be reserved in your honor on your invitation - please refer to that number.
Yes! Please let us know if you have any food allergies. We want you to have fun at our wedding, not go into anaphylaxis shock!
