We will provide a shuttle service for our out-of-town guests and those staying at the three recommended hotels. The shuttle service will transport guests back and forth from both the Courtyard Marriott and The Crowne Plaza to the ceremony and reception. Each shuttle is dedicated to their respective hotels. Below are the tentative pickup times. Courtyard Marriott (56 Passenger Coach Bus): 1:45 PM- Departure to Ceremony 2:00 PM- Arrive at Ceremony 3:45 PM- Departure from Ceremony to Courtyard Marriott 4:40 PM- Departure From Courtyard Marriott to Reception 5:00 PM- Arrive Reception 10:45 PM- Depart Reception The Crowne Plaza (37 Passenger Shuttle Bus)- 1:45 PM- Departure To Ceremony 2:00 PM- Arrive at Ceremony 3:45 PM- Departure from Ceremony to Crowne Plaza 4:40 PM- Departure from Crowne Plaza to Reception 5:00 PM- Arrive Reception 10:45 PM- Depart Reception
