Cocktail Hour Attire. Friendly tip: weather permitting, our cocktail hour is being held outside, and our venue overlooks the water. So it may be breezy!
We truly wish we could invite all our guest's children. However, we ask that only the bride and grooms nieces and nephews be present.

No, you do not have to. But it is recommended. Our wedding is the same weekend as the Annapolis Boat Show, and it will be difficult for guests to find and book rooms within the Annapolis area. It will also be more expensive for guests to book outside of the room blocks, so make sure if you need a room, you book your rooms before the room blocks expire at one of the three hotels!
It is our one wish to be a part of our own cocktail hour and mingle with our guests before sitting down at dinner. So, this time period allows us and our families to take pictures at our church after the ceremony together and at our venue so that when YOU arrive, we are ready to PARTY!! woohoo! This time period also allows guests from out of town to check into their respective hotels if not able to do so before the church ceremony. We understand these guests will be traveling long distances to attend, and we hope this helps make their stays more comfortable! Those guests who are local from the area, feel free to grab a drink at a local bar, check out the boat show, or head back home and freshen up before the big night! Also, our venue is right next door to Mike's Restaurant & Crabhouse, so if you want to pop inside their bar for a drink, you can do that too!
