Are children invited, or is it an adults‑only celebration?

Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to include children, we can only accommodate our ring bearers. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Is the event indoors, outdoors, or a mix, and what will the weather be like?

Answer

All festivities will be inside. Cocktail hour has the opportunity for outdoor access space, weather permitting. In early May, Ship Bottom is usually cool to mild, with the ocean breeze guaranteed.

What is the parking situation or transport plan (valet, shuttle, rideshare, public transit)?

Hotel LBI has a parking garage and valet for wedding and hotel guests. Please note: transportation will not be provided for the short drive to St. Mary's for the ceremony.

Great question. We are currently in the process of designating "in case of emergency" contacts to ensure that we are able to enjoy the day to the fullest.
