What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Bolo ties and boots are welcome. We kindly ask that jeans be left at home for this celebration.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. There is plenty of shade but keep in mind that August can get hot. The reception will be indoors.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, all wedding related events will take place at The Chateau Event Center.

Question

Is transportation provided to/from the venue?

Answer

We have not arranged for transportation to and from the venue. Uber is always a great option if needed.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Your formal wedding invitation will indicate whether a plus-one has been extended. While we wish we could include everyone, we are working within a limited guest count and appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your kids are included on the invite list! That said, we’d love to know ahead of time whether they’ll be joining us so we can finalize seating or possibly open a few extra spots for other guests. This celebration could also be the perfect excuse for a parents’ night out. We promise there will be great music, drinks, and zero bedtime routines required. Please reach out to Tonaltzin or Austen to inform them of your decision.

Answer

An open bar will be available throughout the evening for our guests to enjoy.
