Through Austen's brother, Brice, T and Austen met at a Paul Cauthen concert at Bridger Brewing in Three Forks, MT. When the show ended, Austen offered Tonaltzin a ride home and we realized that we lived just a few blocks away from each other. Just two days later, Austen showed back up at T's house… this time with a bike, bright blue Crocs, and an invitation to share pizza and a beer at Nordic Brew Works for their first official date. Since then, our story has been written in long summer days, crisp mountain air, and countless shared adventures. From sunny floats on the Yellowstone river to sharing miles running on the mountain trails. From hiking with our dogs to quartering and packing out deer together in the backcountry. From afternoons spent fly fishing on glassy rivers to evenings playing Catan. What began with a concert and a pair of blue Crocs became a life full of love, laughter and so much adventure.
