Will we be outside?

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony in the courtyard, but we will be moved inside if there is rain. The reception will be inside! The courtyard will have grass you'll be walking on.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your envelope will address who is invited in your party. If you need clarification, when you RSVP online, it will show how many seats have been allocated for your party. If it says Guest/Plus One/Child that means you can fill that seat openly or it is for your child if Sue/Don has communicated your child is invited! If it says "Child" under your group name and you are confused because you don't have a child, that typically indicates a plus one; Zola doesn't allow three adults to be listed in one party so some plus one's are designated as "child" but you can still fully pick an adult meal and you will be able to type in your name on the next page. Please reach out to Sue/Don/Tess (Sue's daughter) with any questions! Please respect what is designated as we are trying to accommodate many groups of people!

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will be having an open bar for our guests for the reception. At the cocktail hour, there will be two bars, one serving only beer and wine on the patio and a full bar inside the hall. The bar will close at 10:30pm, 30 minutes before the end of the reception. Please plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, how can I let you know?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP and pick your meal. There is a question about adding your food allergy or dietary needs! The venue handles every guest's allergy individually.
