We're Getting Married!

Aaron and Brandi met the old fashioned way, online, through Facebook dating in January 2022. Brandi had to make a profile with a fake name as she had been banned from all other dating sites with her real name, I guess they didn't appreciate sass! The tag line on her profile said "Rae is my middle name, if you can figure out my first name, dinner and drinks is on me." Aaron did get the name right... after about 6 attempts at guessing haha. So dinner and drinks was on him! Turns out they had only been living 500 meters from each other and didn't even realize it. Aaron picked Brandi up and opened the door like a true gentleman. Dinner was romantic and they could not stop talking and laughing. They followed it up with a comedy show and some beers. They were driving home and at this point it was late at night so pretty much everything was closed. Unfortunately small bladders and pint sized beers do not mix well, so Brandi had to pee very bad. She just could not hold it anymore, so she asked Aaron to pull into an alley and in all her class and glory, she peed behind the dumpster. It must not have deterred Aaron too much because he still walked her to the door when they got home and they shared their first kiss. This was when Brandi let Aaron meet her Pitbull, Koko. When Koko ran to him for some smooches too, Brandi knew if Koko liked him that she would like him too. Hoping to make up for the alley pee fiasco, Brandi asked Aaron to a second date at her place for dinner and a movie. Brandi fell asleep about 10 minutes into Hellboy, leaving Aaron basically alone in her place. She must have felt safe in his presence and luckily he didn't steal anything haha. They were pretty much inseparable after that. About a week after seeing each other Brandi asked Aaron if he would like to be her boyfriend, after an evening spent with friends. Aaron told her he had to think about it.. but he didn't have to think for very long and the love between them began to blossom. In the 2 years they have now shared together they have experienced so much and created so many memories. One month into dating, Brandi woke Aaron up at 8AM with a picture of a puppy on her phone and said "Get in the car, we are going to get our new girl." That was a big step, early on in their relationship but that was one of the best decisions they made. That was just one of the many spontaneous adventures they have shared. They are always keeping busy learning new hobbies, spending time with family and friends, going to the lake and sharing their love of music together attending shows. They have pushed each other to accomplish great things; encouraging each other to go back to school, growing their careers, raising their two dogs, being each other's biggest cheerleaders, moving to Gibbons together in 2023 and now planning a wedding together.
