Hey there! My name is Seth and I am Matt’s oldest brother. I am part time stay at home dad and married to my amazing and beautiful wife Abigail and we have a 7 month old daughter, Emerson. Matt was my best man at my wedding and I am glad to do the same for him. We have a ton of memories together from lightsaber fights to sleep over with Sessy’s. I am excited for him and Sarah’s marriage and pray for many great years together!

Kate is a freshman at Marshall studying music education. She is ecstatic for her best friend to spend the rest of her life with such a fantastic young man as Matthew Thomas!

I am the brother to the groom. I am married to Brooklyn and am currently transitioning from engineering into full-time campus ministry. We live in Morgantown with our happy pup, Nova. I have had the privilege of knowing both Matt and Sarah for most of my life. I have met few people with as much potential as Matt, or as pure of a heart as Sarah, and I am excited to see how God will use them together.

A silly-goofy 14 year old who has grown up with Sarah as her role model and Kate the Maid of Honor as her sister. She’s an 8th grader at MMS who enjoys having power over her classmates as a student representative. She’s very good at talking and expressing herself as she also has the “ace-reporter” spot on her school news team. She feels a plethora of emotions as the Junior Bridesmaid and is so excited for the wedding in June.

Hello there! I’m the Bro Bro, AKA Caleb, my beautiful wife is Allison. I’m currently a Jr. Cyber Security Engineer, I love to play disc golf and have been known to play a video game or two in my lifetime. I’ve known Matt and Sarah my entire life. Matt is one of my absolute best friends. He’s more like a brother to me than best friend in all reality. I’m so excited and honored to get to stand beside my brother and support him on his wedding day.

My name is Brooklyn. Sarah Jo is my mini-me, and I’m her big! We realized that 7 years ago, and I am beyond grateful for Sarah in my life. I count it as an honor to stand by her side, as there have been countless times she’s stood by me, fought for me, and loved me. Matt is my brother-in-law and I have also known him for 7 years. A year into knowing him he called me his “friend” as he, Timmy and I were playing a board game, and I don’t think he realizes what that meant to me. It is a joy to be Matt’s friend and sister, and I look forward to all the times we have in the future that he geeks out and tells me about his new airsoft gear when I’m in town. Matt and Sarah are perfect together, and some of us have thought this long before they got together. I am incredibly excited for the day they become one!

Hello! I am Nicholas Zornes, a groomsman and life-long friend of both Matthew and Sarah. We have all grown up together, shared many memories and experiences, and know each other very well. In case you don't know me that well, I am a music student at Marshall University, I was born and raised in Huntington, WV, and I love spending time with these two lovely people. I will admit, I am a bit jealous of Sarah going and stealing my Buddy. I don't think I will ever get over it. In all seriousness, though, I wish them the best, and I am very excited for the two of them.

Sarah and I crossed paths in the classroom of Psych 201 our freshman year of college in 2019. From there, she and I became fast friends as we bonded over our passions in communication disorders and our love for Jesus. When I am not laughing with Sarah, I am either running or walking my Great Pyrenees. As a recent college graduate, I will be pursing my MS in Communication Disorders at Marshall University this coming fall. If you want to strike up a conversation with me, ask me about the larynx!

My name is Yousef Abdelgaber, and I’ve been friends with Matthew coming in on 6 years now since sophomore year when I met him in our engineering class and bought him a space simulator game for his new laptop within a few weeks of meeting him. Ever since then, me and Matthew have spent 3 years building robots in high school together on the robotics team, and then 3 more years at class together and studying together at college. This is a great testament of his extensive patience, as anyone whose worked with me can attest! While his good character is a shining light that makes me always excited to see him on campus, I’ll probably remember his gymnastic abilities more often. We’ve shared our aspirations since the day we’ve met, and became friends as we worked as a team always with a remarkable and unjustifiable combined optimism, and even as our collegiate studies are coming to an end, and we work together perhaps for a last time as the years keep rolling, by God, we’re just getting started!

Caleb and I have a cute dog named Koda who loves to be outside and even join us when we play disc golf. I’m a close friend of Sarah’s from our Thrive Group Bible study; We met when I joined thrive and have been getting closer and closer since! I’m very honored and blessed to stand by both Sarah and Matt on such an amazing day!!
