We know that almost everyone is flying out, so be sure to start looking at flights early. Most websites have a setting where you can receive emails if prices drop below a set price. As for hotels, Centralia is relatively close, but is hit or miss on how great the hotel is. Our suggestion is stay in Olympia or Chehalis (the same town as the venue). Olympia is just about the halfway point between SeaTac and the venue.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

This is the best option for flights in and out of town. It's about an hour drive to the venue, but less to the surrounding cities where the hotels are located.

Portland and SeaTac are the same distance from the new venue, so either is a reasonable option.
