When and How can I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, August 31, 2025. You can RSVP by simply clicking on the RSVP tab located above. If you have any difficulties completing your RSVP online, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are excited to see all of our guests at the event!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our special day as intimate as possible. Therefore, we have decided to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the couple directly.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

With respect, we kindly request that our wedding be an adult-only occasion. We hope with this advance notice, you will be able to join us on our special day!

Can I receive Wedding updates?

Answer

When you RSVP, Zola will offer you the option to subscribe to our wedding website, which will notify you of any changes. Additionally, we will communicate important wedding updates to our guests through Zola.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress formally for the occasion. We recommend that our guests wear one of the following options: a suit in any color, a dress, or a nice pantsuit. Ultimately, our goal is for our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their time with us.

A complimentary coat check is available at the venue.

Is the Venue Accessibility Friendly?

Answer

Yes!!! The couple made it a priority to ensure that the entire venue was easily accessible to everyone. The venue is equipped with elevators, ramps, accessible bathroom stalls, wheelchair and walker-friendly surfaces, lighted walkways and rooms, and other features. If the ceremony is outdoors, it will take place on a flat paved patio with paved walkways. The venue also has turf instead of grass, which prevents anything from digging into the ground.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Plan A: Our ceremony will take place outdoors. Plan B: The ceremony will move indoors if there is inclement weather. The cocktail hour and reception will occur indoors, regardless of the weather conditions. Our special day will go on, rain or shine!

What About Directions and Accommodations?

The invitations to the event will include directions to the venue. You can find information about accommodations in the Accommodations tab. Please note that rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We urge guests to book early due to the wedding landing on a holiday weekend, and the hotel sells out months in advance.

Parking/Transportation?

Answer

Guests who choose to drive can enjoy the convenience of complimentary valet service. For those staying at the preferred hotel, a complimentary shuttle service will also be available to and from the venue at designated times. The shuttle timings will be announced at a later date.

Preferred Hotel?

Answer

The couple has selected the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield as their preferred hotel. Guests can find information on how to make a reservation through the Hotel Accommodations tab. Due to the wedding landing on a holiday weekend and the hotel selling out months in advance, we urge our guests to book as the rooms are first come, first served.

What's the Itinerary?

Our wedding day will begin at 4:30 pm and end at 10:00 pm. If you would like an outline of our day, click on the Schedule tab above to view more general information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are allowed to arrive starting at 4:00 pm. The venue encourages everyone attending to be at the site by 4:15 pm, as the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Are Photos Allowed? And am I allowed to post them?

Answer

You are welcome to take as many photos as you want throughout the day and post them as you wish. Respectfully, during the ceremony, guests will be asked to turn off their electronics and enjoy being fully present. The officiant will announce when guests can pull out their devices and take photos of the couple.

Will there be meals for Dietary Restrictions/allergies?

As the bride is a vegetarian herself, the couple ensured their venue will offer food for all dietary needs.

Is there a Wedding Registry? Where Can I find it?

Answer

We are honored by your presence at our wedding and thank you for being a part of our special day. If you would like to contribute to the beginning of our new life together, we have created registries at Zola, Amazon, and Target. You can find these registries on the Wedding Registry tab above. We appreciate any gift that you choose to give and are grateful for your love and support.

Will there be a bridal shower?

Answer

The bride has requested a wedding shower instead of a traditional bridal shower. This event will include immediate family and the wedding party. The couple wants to celebrate with both sides of their families coming together before the big day. A wedding shower is similar to a bridal shower, but it focuses on showering the couple with love. Due to space limitations, we can only invite a limited number of people to celebrate with us.

Where to place Wedding Gifts?

Answer

We are extremely grateful for your presence on our special day. If you wish to offer a gift to honor us, we will have a wedding card box and gift table available throughout the night for your convenience. Thank you very much for your generosity.
