When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by July 1st, 2025. OR just RSVP now so you don't forget!

Where are the wedding festivities happening?

Answer

Addresses for the wedding ceremony and reception are found on the RSVP page! The RSVP page is available to you even after you reply with your attendance status- just re-enter your name and you can find the information!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Early or we will make you stand outside in the August heat. Just kidding! But we will kindly ask you to wait in the air conditioned foyer for the wedding party to make their entrance before seating you. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the start of the wedding, which will be at 3 pm sharp. An arrival time of 2:30 pm will make your experience much more pleasant!

What should I wear to the wedding?!

Answer

The wedding dress code is western wedding attire, which includes boots, casual suits, suit jackets with jeans, and airy dresses. We recommend flowy dresses, light fabrics, button-ups, boots, and denim are all welcome. It is southern Kansas in August, so it's going to be hot outside, but thankfully we are going to be partying it up indoors! We encourage a relaxed western approach to the dress code, but please no white dresses, no shorts, sneakers, or t-shirts.

What should I expect at the reception?

Answer

There will be a meal during the reception. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the night, as well as a few canned adult beverages in small quantities while supplies last. If you or your guest desire additional adult beverages, please prepare to bring your favorite drink with you to the reception! And be sure to bring your dancing shoes, because we are going to celebrate on the dance floor!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are happy to include and welcome all of our small, young friends and family to our wedding! We just kindly ask that if they need a break, you utilize the room at the back of the church sanctuary during the ceremony to minimize distractions for everyone (and don't worry, you can still see and hear the ceremony)!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on our wedding website, so find the "Registry" tab at the top of this page to find our registry. Be sure to select “surprise gift” when purchasing so we don’t know what it is ahead of time! We are also registered on Amazon, which can be found in the registry on this page as well, or by searching for our names on Amazon’s registry search feature! For those in the Sabetha area, we are also registered locally at Hearthside Country Store.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We absolutely do! We also have a block of rooms reserved. You can find more info on this under the "Travel" tab at the top of this page, but we suggest the following hotels: Hampton Inn & Suites I-35/Mulvane - Mulvane, KS Baymont by Wyndham Wellington - Wellington, KS There are other hotel options in both Wichita, KS and Wellington, KS but these are the two hotels that we have booked a block of rooms at for the wedding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about travel accommodations!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to space we are unable to accommodate last minute additions to the guest list, so we have clearly indicated on your invite and online RSVP if you have a plus one included.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

All event locations and times should be clearly listed on your RSVP page tailored specifically for you! If you have any questions, please refer back to the "RSVP" tab available on the top ribbon, re-enter your name, and all of the details will be available to review here!
