Question

What protocols is your venue taking to keep guests safe?

Answer

We are excited that we are finally getting to celebrate our marriage in April. Our venue has implemented the following protocols to ensure guest safety. Our ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, with socially distanced seating available. You are also welcome to stand in the back or to the side if you are more comfortable with that. While guests are not required to wear masks it is encouraged. In addition to a reduced guest list, our reception seating will be distanced throughout the venue both indoors and outdoors. All servers and staff will be gloved and wearing masks. Guests are asked that when they go to the bar and buffet that they wear masks. Please feel free to RSVP to one, all or none of the events. We want you to feel comfortable so if that means coming to just our ceremony and not our reception we completely understand. If you have any additional questions regarding our celebrations please do not hesitate to reach out to Patrick or Sarah!

If I previously submitted my RSVP do I need to RSVP again?

Answer

Yes! We reset the RSVP status of all of our guests so that we can get an accurate count for our celebration in April. Please RSVP by March 19, 2021!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No one loves kids more than Patrick and Sarah, however for our celebration we're asking that it is adults only. We are having a bagel brunch on Saturday, April 10 that is open to all friends and family. Please see our schedule tab for details!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at our ceremony and reception location, so feel free to drive to our celebration!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided with a pick up from the Courtyard Marriott in our room block. Please note that there will be one departure at 4:15 PM in order to arrive on time for our 5:00 PM Ceremony. The busses will be at the Courtyard Marriott as early as 3:45PM and will depart promptly at 4:15. Because of how close the hotels are, we are having one central location for pick up and drop off. There will be trips returning to the Courtyard Marriott at 8:15, 9:15 and 10:15. **Please note that masks are required at all times while on the bus. **
