"So did you guys meet working at Disney?" Yes and no. Both were and still are Cast Members at Walt Disney World, but where they would first interact was on the complete opposite coast at the original Disney theme park, Disneyland. Thanks to Patrick needing to get another set of FastPasses to Hyper Space Mountain and Sarah needing to get a Corn Dog from the Corn Dog Cart on Main Street USA (the ONLY place to get a true Disneyland Corn Dog) they would have their first meeting. Upon crossing paths with this super funny, charming, and kind guy named Patrick, Sarah knew that this was someone she wanted to get to know more. Later, they were riding on the Storybook Canal ride, one of the slowest most family friendly ride that exists. The boat operator jokingly stated that they would be going from 0-60 in just a few seconds, and Patrick (being the best audience participator in the entire world) threw his arms in the air as if they were on a thrill ride. What he didn't realize is that he had knocked Sarah's limited edition Disneyland 60th anniversary celebration Minnie Mouse ears in to the attraction water. After numerous frantic apologies and the help of the amazing cast of Disneyland Park, they were easily able to get a new pair of ears. Sarah used this as a reason to message Patrick after they had returned to Florida, stating "my ears made it home safe!"

After a few months of hanging out, Patrick and Sarah we're having one of their first actual date nights out. While they were enjoying dinner Patrick uttered the romantic question, "We're like dating right?" They started spending more and more time together and it was clear to both of them that this relationship was meant to last.

Almost three years later, it was time, and Patrick had a plan. He got her friends involved in getting Sarah in position for the ultimate proposal location: Night of Lights in St. Augustine, FL. Sarah thought her weekend trip was in celebration of another friend's engagement, but was secretly to celebrate her own. They walked from dinner to one of the most beautiful locations in the festival, where Patrick was waiting. Upon seeing her future husband, she was overcome with emotions as she knew exactly what was coming next. He asked, and she said yes! The surprises didn't end there. Both Sarah and Patrick's family were hiding while this all played out, and got to join in on the celebration soon after the proposal. After claiming that the group had a "dinner reservation" together afterwards to celebrate, Sarah was surprised yet again as a large group of their best friends were waiting for them for an engagement party! It was one of the best nights of their lives and their favorite moment as a couple. That is, their favorite moment as a couple until May 8th, 2020.
