What is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest is Monterey Regional Airport (MRY). It is a smaller airport but it is just a short 15 minute drive to the venue. This is a great option for those looking for a short drive post-flight. San Jose International Airport (SJC) is the next closest airport, but will include an hour and a half drive into Monterey. Other options are Oakland International (OAK) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - but plan for much more traffic leaving those airports!

Will you be providing transportation for the weekend?

Answer

Monterey is about an hour and a half drive from San Jose Airport, so plan accommodations to get to Monterey. We will not be supplying transportation to Monterey. Furthermore, as the hotels listed are just a short five minute walk to the venue, we will not be providing transportation! If you do decide to drive to the venue, street parking is limited in Downtown Monterey, but the venue is within walking distance from several public parking lots. We recommend taking a taxi, Lyft or Uber to the wedding as we will have an open bar to celebrate!

COVID-19 concerns?

Answer

We understand that the COVID-19 situation is constantly changing, and thus, we will be updating the website with information as it changes... In efforts to make our wedding as safe as we can, we picked a mostly outdoor venue. Masks are not required, but please do whatever makes you most comfortable. Food will be catered and served by our professional event staff who will be wearing masks and drinks will be provided by professional bartenders in masks as well. If you have any personal concerns, feel free to reach out to the Bride!
