Backyard Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We’ll be kicking off the weekend with a welcome party in the Stoesser's backyard. Think of it as a drop-in evening for us to welcome you all, and to give our guests a chance to mix and mingle before the big day. Please feel free to stop by anytime after 5:00 PM — stay for a drink (or four), and hangout. We’ll be wrapping things up around 9:00 PM so everyone can get some beauty rest for the big day. Drinks and snacks will be provided, and attire is "nice casual" — think linens, button-downs, sundresses, or whatever you feel comfortable in. We can’t wait to see you and start the celebrations together. Hope you can make it!

Ceremony & Reception

Our wedding day will take place at the Sarnia Yacht Club, starting with a waterfront ceremony on the lawn overlooking the water. Following the ceremony, we’ll move into cocktail hour, then sit down for dinner, and finish the night with plenty of dancing. Attire is formal — suits and dresses! We plan to keep the celebration going as long as they’ll let us (which is said to be at 1:00 am)! Shuttles will be running to safely transport our non-sober friends and family back to their hotels or Airbnbs. We hope to celebrate with you from “I do” to last call.
