WHAT IS THE SHUTTLE SCHEDULE?

We’re excited to offer shuttle service for our wedding day, with three buses running between key hotels and our venue, Zaca Lake. Because the venue is remote and accessed by a single shared roadway, all guests are required to use the shuttle service. Your cooperation in boarding promptly helps ensure a smooth arrival experience for everyone. If you’re staying in an Airbnb, please plan to make your way to the closest designated pick‑up location. For example, guests staying in Los Olivos will find The Ballard Inn and Grand Avenue/Railway Avenue will be the most convenient option. To keep everything on schedule, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your departure time. IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

No. Shuttles will be provided to/from Zaca Lake. See the shuttle section for more info!

What Should I Wear to the Welcome Event? (Friday)

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

What Should I Wear to the Ceremony? (Saturday)

Answer

This is an elevated semiformal event, so dress to impress. Spring colors are encouraged! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all take place outdoors on unpaved ground, so please choose footwear that’s comfortable and suitable for uneven terrain. Thin heels are not recommended.

ARE THERE UBERS/RIDE SHARES IN THE AREA?

Answer

Los Olivos is a small town, and Ubers are not easily accessible compared to major cities. We would recommend staying in Los Olivos or at suggested hotels to leverage the shuttle service. WHAT IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?

Answer

Santa Barbara (SBA) is the closest regional airport, about a 45-minute drive to Los Olivos. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest major airport, about a 2.5-hour drive.
