Question

What are our COVID safe requirements?

Answer

1. All guests must produce proof of their vaccination status, as service can be a little patchy out at our venue, we suggest taking a screenshot to have ready to go. Any guests who are unable to provide proof or their vaccination status or medical exemption, will be asked to leave the venue. 2. All guests will be required to check-in on arrival using the Service NSW app. 3. You are not required to wear a mask on the bus or at the venue, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing one go right ahead!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate those of our (rapidly growing) immediate family. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day. Children are more than welcome to attend our recovery event on the Saturday.

Question

How am I getting there and back again?

Answer

There will be a bus available to transport you to and from ceremony and reception - if you would like to secure a spot on the bus please indicate when RSVPing for "The Party" event. For those wanting to drive, our venue is about 20 minutes out of town and is fairly easy to find. It is, however, on a dirt road so please only drive if you are feeling confident in doing so - we will have more than enough room on the bus for everyone!

Question

To gift, or not to gift?

Answer

Really - at this point (4th attempt here!)... All we want is your attendance on the day! But if you would like to contribute in some way to our future together, we would happily accept a gift or a monetary contribution to either our future plans or Bonnie’s anxiety medication… If you’re more of a gift person we have given a list of 'wedding gift ideas' to the Bride’s Mother, Carmel Walsh. If you wanted to email or text Carmel via email: carmelpwalsh@gmail.com or 0437 052 510; she can give you a few ideas and you can shot gun a gift idea with her so you don't double up with your fellow wedding guests.

Question

Booking Accommodation?

Answer

There is plenty of accommodation available via Air BnB and local hotels, motels and pubs. Please contact Jess if you have any difficulties booking accommodation for the event on 0447 028 624 or jessrwalsh17@gmail.com - she'll be able to help you out if you get stuck.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

* Saturday recovery is a casual event - wear what you want! * For the big day - Formal/Semi-Formal attire * The first part of our reception is quite grassy and there is a small hill - so girls: stilettos would not be an ideal choice! * For anyone like Jess, who panics at the thought of wearing the same colour as the bridesmaids.... small hint - do not wear navy!!
