We have reserved a limited block of rooms for Friday, May 7 and Saturday, May 8 to accommodate our guests attending the wedding weekend. To ensure access to the preferred rate, we kindly ask that reservations be made using the personalized booking link below by April 7, 2027. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released to the hotel and rates will be subject to availability at standard pricing. We warmly encourage all guests to plan ahead for a safe and seamless evening and to avoid driving after the celebration. To help us coordinate accommodations accordingly, we kindly request that guests indicate their hotel needs when they RSVP.

For the convenience of our guests, complimentary transportation will be provided throughout the evening. A private 42-passenger shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the church, return to the hotel between the ceremony and reception, provide transportation to the reception venue, and offer return service to the hotel following the reception and after-party.

For guests traveling to celebrate with us, we kindly recommend flying into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from the hotel accommodations. To ensure a relaxed and seamless wedding weekend, we ask that all guests plan to arrive no later than Thursday, May 7, 2027, the evening prior to the wedding festivities. As Newark Liberty is a major hub for United Airlines, many direct flight options are available through the airline. Please note that United’s Basic Economy fares do not include a standard carry-on bag. If flying United, we recommend selecting a fare that includes carry-on luggage accommodations. For reference, American Airlines and JetBlue include carry-on luggage with most Basic Economy fares. For ease and convenience, we recommend booking travel through Expedia. Please note that guests will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport. We kindly encourage planning accordingly in advance.
