FAQs

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by July 31, 2026.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire or whatever makes you feel the most confident and beautiful! We do ask that no one wear the color Terracotta as that color is reserved for The Bridal Party and The Bride's Entourage. The ceremony will take place in the grass so plan accordingly for footwear.

Question

What does "The Bride's Entourage" mean?

Answer

Each person in my (Sara) life has lead me to this moment and I am extremely grateful for each individual. As a way to honor some additional friendships and meaningful connections in my life, I decided to have a "Bride's Entourage" in additional to my bridal party. Although they will not be included in the official ceremony, I couldn't imagine this day without them. I wanted to find a way to reflect that and for everyone to feel the love in return that we so gratefully have received!

Question

Where to stay?

Answer

There are a variety of lodging options for the wedding. Hocking hills has cabins you can rent through Book Hocking. There also are hotels nearby the venue including Sleep Inn and Holiday Express. In addition, we will be placing a temporary hold on the cabins near the venue. It is unlikely that all guest will be able to stay in the cabins, however, we would love for as many people to join us as possible in making the wedding not only just a day but an experience. Cabins do require a two day minimum and range from 4-15 guests per cabin. We will send out a link to schedule the cabins once we receive the initial RSVP's.

Question

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

Answer

While we love all the children in our life, our wedding will be an adult only affair.

Question

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

Due to space and cost restrictions, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

The venue will have on-site parking available.

Question

Are phones allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone put their phone's away during the ceremony, however, phones are allowed to be out for the remainder of the wedding day.
