Look at this photograph. Every time I do it makes me laugh. Tom and Alex go way back. Like way, way back. The two met on the first day of school in first grade and found out they both had last names starting with the letter "S." Their best friendship survived to this day, even through attending different high schools, colleges, and moving to different states. You'll often catch them talking about White Sox baseball, Michigan Wolverines Football, and other sports topics while sprinkling senseless Spongebob Squarepants and Night at the Roxbury jokes in between.

Little sister of the Bride, but the Boss of everybody! Lauren has been there from the beginning of this friendship turned love story. If it were not for her persistence of just knowing they belonged together, the groom might have never made a move and the bride might have never realized the man of her dreams was right in front of her all along. Taylor would not be where she is today without the unconditional love and support she received from her only sister. Love you, Lauren!

The younger, but taller and blonder version of Alex. Andrew met Alex on the day he was born, and from there, the two became brothers.

Erin has been Taylor’s partner in adventures since she moved to Tigard and enrolled at Mary Woodward elementary in the 2nd grade. She was assigned two “buddies” by their teacher to show her around the school and make her feel welcome, but Taylor couldn’t help herself and happily took that job into her own hands. Little did she know that she had found one of her best friends for life. From playing in the woods and catching frogs in Oregon for hours, to staying up all night playing Pokémon on their GameBoy Colors, Erin has always been a true friend and kept true to herself. Thank you for sharing this special day with Taylor.

Jeff and Alex found friendship through the Arizona electronic music scene in 2014. Like Alex, Jeff is an avid Chicago sports fan from Illinois that found himself living a successful life in the desert. Jeff can be credited for introducing Alex and Taylor to each other.

Anna Robertson

Anna became friends with Alex and Taylor through the Arizona music festival scene. Anna is a native resident of Alaska and frequently visits Arizona for hiking, music, and other adventures with her friends. Taylor is so excited to have her here to celebrate, and cannot wait for all the future adventures to be had together! Thank you for traveling so far to share this day!

Chase is Taylor’s younger, but also, bigger brother. Since he was a baby, these two were the best of friends. Chase would always look up to his oldest sister whether it was needing help to reach the snacks on the highest shelf of the pantry, to helping find his favorite blanket that was lost, to finding Blue's Clues on the television, to tying his shoelaces, to teaching him how to play on the Nintendo 64, to just needing a hug we he was frustrated or sad... the bond these two share is unbreakable. He is just as kind and smart as he is handsome. Taylor is so happy to celebrate her journey with her little brother.

Taylor and Karli were best friends since Kindergarten when they played on the same soccer team. They’ve watched each other grow into the amazing thriving women you see today. Though they have gone in and out of each other’s lives because of relocating for school or their careers, they always find their way back to each other and it’s like they never were apart. Karli is like a second sister and is loved by Taylors whole family. Thank you for sharing this special day with Taylor.

Chris and Alex met through mutual friendship of the best man, Tom Seaworth, back in Rockford Illinois during their high school days. Well after Alex moved to Arizona, the two have continued meeting up for music festivals, golf, hiking, and sports events around the country.

Jordana Chesney

Jordana and Taylor have been in each other’s lives since they were on the same soccer team in Kindergarten and many more sports teams together after that. They stayed friends through grade-school, until Jordana moved out of state at the end of middle school. They rediscovered their friendship when Taylor moved to Arizona to attend ASU. Once reunited, it was like they’d never been apart and picked up right where they left off. Though Jordana has since moved to Idaho and started her own beautiful family, these two will always be in each other’s lives, no matter what.

John-Walter Smiles

Mr. John-Walter Smiles and Alex met at Carthage College when rushing the Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity. The two were roommates for several years and became both brothers and best friends.

Kailey Gamble

Kailey is Taylor’s cousin from Alaska on her mom’s side of the family. The girls met for the first time at Sea World when they were kids and had so much fun together. After reconnecting as adults a few years back, they learned they have a lot more in common than they realized, making their reconnection even stronger! Taylor is so excited to have Kailey stand by her side on her wedding day.

Scott Ditgen

Scott and Alex met at Carthage College before Scott moved to Arizona to finish school at ASU. The two reconnected once Alex moved to Arizona in 2014. They have remained good friends to this day.

Becca Lambert

Bridesmaid

Taylor’s college best friend in Arkansas. When Taylor moved into her new apartment in Fayetteville, she noticed a Chi Omega (her sorority) sticker on the Taurus in the parking spot next to her. She decided to leave a note on the car to try and connect with the mysterious Chi Omega sister. The rest is history. Becca and Taylor quickly become the best of friends, and had the best of times and special adventures together. Taylor was so happy to share Becca’s special day with her, and is so grateful Becca can be there for hers.
