Two coach buses will pick up guests from Double Tree Hotel by Hilton in Bristol at 4:00pm. Please make sure you are on these busses, as they are the ONLY buses departing Double Tree to bring guests to the ceremony and reception at Chippanee.

Our hotel block is officially closed and additional rooms cannot be added at the discounted rate. Rooms are available for booking at the standard rate. **Check-in time is 4pm.** (Therefore, it might be worthwhile to come a night early (9/30) and join us for welcome drinks!)
