Cocktail Attire
We invite all of our friends and family to join us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the English Oak Banquet Room at the Double Tree Hotel on Friday evening. Open Bar will be from 8pm-9pm with Cash Bar until 10pm. Come early to take advantage of the Open Bar. We plan to get a decent night of sleep before our wedding, so don't keep us up too late!

Transportation from Double Tree Hotel to Chippanee

Two coach buses will depart the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton to bring guests to Chippanee for our Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Please meet in the lobby and make sure you are on time, so that our ceremony can start on time! *Please make sure you get on the correct bus, as there are two other weddings staying at the hotel! If you are not staying at the Double Tree, you can still drive or Uber to the Double Tree to take the group transportation. You can also take the transportation back to the Double Tree and join us for an after-party!

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 5:00PM and will be outdoors- pending Mother Nature's cooperation. The cocktail hour will commence immediately following the ceremony and will be located on the adjacent outdoor patio. The reception will begin around 6:30PM. Dinner and dancing will follow. Coach buses will be available to transport guests back to the Double Tree Hotel by Hilton, in Bristol starting at 1030PM. Last bus at 11:30PM

The party doesn't have to stop when the reception does! If you aren't ready for bed, please join the newlyweds for a few extra hours of bliss. You can expect us around 12:00AM. (There is a bar inside the hotel but we booked a banquet room with a cash bar because there are two other weddings in the hotel and we wanted to ensure we had enough space to be ourselves.)

Please join us for a breakfast buffet on our first day as newlyweds! We would love to thank everyone for making the trip to celebrate our wedding with us! This will be a great opportunity to swap crazy wedding stories, say your "so-longs" to family and friends, or just grab a coffee and a bite to eat before checking out of the hotel.
