Maid of Honor
Kyra is someone I would describe as bubbly and bright! She is someone I immediately felt comfortable with and knew I wanted in my life. In fact, the night after we met, we decided to hang out the next day, and we have been best friends ever since! We lived together my sophomore year of college, and share many interests. You can find us trying new restaurants, baking desserts, roller blading, and attempting new DIY projects. Kyra is a friend with the most contagious laugh and has a heart of gold. She truly is the sister I wish I always had!
Best Man
I'm certain that the second our 6th grade english teacher sat Todd and I next each other, she instantly regretted it. Regardless of what was happening in class, we would be talking away the entire time. From this moment on, Todd and I have been best friends. Todd cares for those around him better than anyone I know. He is always the life of the party and a joy to be around. He recently moved back to Los Angeles, and I joke that him being away from me was just simply too much to handle. I know that Todd and I will be friends for life.
Bridesmaid
Maddie was one of my very first friends at APU, and someone I had a friend crush on from the very beginning! She is caring and a good listener. She has been there through many high's and low's. Maddie and I were roommates for a semester during college before I left to study abroad, where we helped freshman girls navigate their first year of college. I have valued our constant friendship throughout college and now, and our regular coffee dates are something I look forward to!
Groomsman
Neel and I have been on many adventures together. At USC, we would regularly explore the surrounding area for the best local food spots. We also studied abroad at the same time and traveled to many European cities together including Budapest, Berlin, and London to name a few. The memories we share are some of my fondest from college. Neel knows how to make anyone laugh and gets along well with everyone (unless you support Tottenham Hotspur).
Bridesmaid
Ella is my long lost cousin. Many people say we look alike, and I definitely would take that as a compliment. She has been one of my good friends since the beginning of college. We even had our first class together. Well, before Ella dropped the class and left me.. All jokes aside, Ella is a charmer. She is witty, caring, and makes everyone feel seen. She has a gentle spirit and is full of wisdom. I have grown to appreciate the authenticity she brings to our friendship!
Groomsman
I met Darrell my freshman year of college, where he would trade me resume building tips in exchange for sandwiches from the freshman dining hall. Since then, our relationship has grown to be much more than that (although I still ask him for resume advice). He is extremely kind, and always willing to help a friend out. Darrell is always willing to make light of any situation, often times at his own expense, to put a smile on other people's faces.
Bridesmaid
Sofia and I have been best friends since high school. You can often find us accidentally twinning. In high school we were known as "Sofa" and "Chair." We would often frequent local restaurant Tickle Tree Cafe for a good brunch and coffee date. Sof is a loyal and honest friend. We have shared many laughs and memories over the years, and have stuck by each other through some of our most embarrassing moments!
Groomsman
When I moved to La Canada in the first grade, Austin was my very first friend. My mom used to joke that I was a part of their family and Austin was a part of ours. I still look back at many of the memories we made in elementary school and laugh all these years later. When he moved to Northern California, we would sometimes go months at a time without talking, but every time we saw each other again it was as if nothing had changed.
Bridesmaid
Kelly is the most generous and selfless friend! She has been in my life since we played AYSO soccer in the 3rd grade, and we reconnected when she moved to La Canada High School freshman year. Kelly is someone I know I can always count on. She loves others well. We bonded through the painful experience of running cross country, but let's be honest, Kelly was the faster runner.
Groomsman
Jon Ho and I actually went to the same school when I was in kindergarten, but it wasn't until we both moved to La Canada that we become friends. When he moved a few houses down the street the summer before our Sophomore year of high school, we would play basketball together every single day together before walking to 7/11 to refuel. Anyone who has met Jon Ho loves him, in large part due to his big smile and heart.
Bridesmaid
Britt and I's friendship is defined by many spontaneous events. We became friends during a road trip to the Grand Canyon with mutual friends, and roomed together in an apartment during my senior year of college. She is a friend that I can always count on for an adventure! She is someone who pursues others and shows her love through random acts of kindness or gifts. Some cherished memories we have are catching sunsets, creating aesthetic spreads for dinners and picnics, and living together now!
Groomsman
If there is one thing that J Lee is known for, it is his horrendous sports takes. He also constantly shares the latest news on cryptocurrency or stock tips so that he can (in his words) "get rich with my homies". All jokes aside, Justin is a great friend who is always looking out for those around him. As my big brother in my fraternity, Justin provided me with a lot of knowledge throughout college and beyond. He is kind, thoughtful, and someone I'm glad to call a friend.
Bridesmaid
Nikki is an angel of a friend. She is kind, gentle, and can sense your emotions from a mile away. Nikki and I have known each other for awhile, but didn't grow closer until we lived together, and now I am grateful to consider her one of my besties! She is creative and intentional. If you want to bring out her competitive side, challenge her to a game of spicy uno. Another fun fact about Nikki that I love: she can eat sushi practically every and any day of the week.
Groomsman
Despite him being a Manchester United and Boston Celtics fan, Nick and I somehow manage to keep our friendship intact. Nick is one of my most ambitious and driven friends. When he puts his mind to something, you know that it is going to get done. We can bicker like a couple that has been married for 50 years, but always know that we have each other's back.
Good Boy
Kai joined the family in late 2020. His love language is physical touch, and will look for any excuse to hop into bed with you. Despite at times being a lot to handle, he is a very good boy.
Groomsman
Even though we met in the beginning of college, Ben and I did not become close until more recently. Due to our mutual interests in golf and video games, nowadays we probably talk more days than we don't. Ben is annoyingly good at video games and is not shy about sharing it. He is one of the most easy going guys I know and I'm glad we have grown close in the recent years.
