How does shuttle transportation work?

Answer

Times are subject to change, please refer to this website day-of for final times. All shuttles will depart from designated hotel lobby and return from Bavaria Downs. Departure for wedding (2 shuttles): 3:20pm sharp Cocktail hour shuttle: 5:10pm depart Bavaria Downs for Hotel 5:50pm depart Hotel for Bavaria Downs Evening departure schedule from Bavaria Downs: 8:20pm 8:40pm 9:10pm 9:30pm 10:00pm 10:20pm 10:50pm 11:10pm 11:40pm (recommended last shuttle) 12:00pm (last shuttle)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is also complementary valet service, which we highly recommend as the parking lot can be a hike! Simply drop your car off at the front door with valet. No tipping necessary! If you choose to keep your car overnight at Bavaria, you are welcome to pick up your keys with valet at the end of the evening and pick your car up in the AM.
