Another one of our favorite hangs! A very chill vibe right next to the Katy Trail! It's really fun to take a walk up the trail then come back for a drink and some food!
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza
A super cool historical museum set on the sight of the JFK assassination! Take a leisurely stroll through the museum, stand on the Grassy Knoll, even take a picture of the spot where JFK was shot!
Four Corners Brewing Company
A super fun brewery to tour! Their taproom features some of the regular beers they have consistently, as well as rotating seasonal ones! One of our favorite dates!
Klyde Warren Park
Visit a park on top of a highway! Enjoy food trucks, live music, yard games and watching the cars drive under you on the highway! This is where we took our engagement pictures!
Dallas Museum Of Art
The Dallas Museum of Art is so beautiful! Entrance is free and some of the rotating exhibits are spectacular! It's definitely worth a visit
Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
Such a lovely place to explore nature and take a walk! Allie grew up within walking distance of this park and loved every second of it
Dallas World Aquarium
An absolute must! Our favorites are the Manatee, the Otters, and the Jaguars! Such a great experience!
Truck Yard
A great place to experience live music in Dallas! We love coming here for a great option of food trucks!
Dallas Zoo
WE LOVE THE ZOO! Allie loves the Tigers and the Otters, while Dan loves the Elephants.

This is a lovely hiking/bike trail around White Rock Lake in East Dallas! The trail is approximately 9 miles long and has lots of playgrounds, dog parks, pavillions, and kayak concessions!
Perot Museum of Nature and Science
This is an especially fun outing for all ages! A massive science and nature museum in the heart of downtown Dallas, and each floor is a different subject! This is one of the first dates Allie took Dan on when visiting Dallas, and is a great spot for kids!
Frontiers of Flight Museum
Really interesting aviation museum attached to one of the airports in Dallas!
