When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Or at the very least 2 months before the wedding to make sure everyone is accounted for.

How do I RSVP? Can I RSVP for someone else?

Answer

To RSVP, you go to the “RSVP” tab on the website, input your first and last name, confirm you and whoever in your party will be in attendance, select which events you will be in attendance for ( Ceremony, Reception, or both ) hit submit and you’re done! To RSVP for someone incase they aren’t as tech savvy or they don’t have the time to, just do the exact same thing! Yet, make sure you communicate with them that you’ve RSVP’d for them and whoever is in their party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can arrive to the ceremony as early as 1:20 PM. The actual ceremony begins at 1:40 PM, giving you an extra 20 minutes to come in and be seated for when the ceremony beings. If you need this again, the address is 2885 W Hwy 277 Snowflake, AZ 85937!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It’s black tie / formal attire! Ladies can wear long flowy dresses and guys can wear ties and a dress shirts. There’s no color scheme. It’s gonna be hot, but we’ll be inside so dress comfortable!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you would like to bring a date, all you gotta do is ask the bride or groom! We’re trying to keep a list of all those we invite in order to make sure everyone accounted for and in attendance. Just let us know of your plus one and we will be more than happy to give them a place in our special day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are most definitely welcome to our ceremony and reception!! We only ask that they are quiet and respectful during the ceremony to the best of their abilities. For the reception however, most if not all formality will be thrown out the window, so let your kids run wild!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any food allergies for us to be aware of in order for us to provide you with some sort of alternative or ensure that no cross contamination has ensued. It will be a buffet- styled dinner consisting of all our favorite Mexican food!

Do I have to wear a mask? Do I have to be vaccinated?

Answer

You are not required to wear a mask at any point during these events or be vaccinated to attend. If you are not vaccinated we suggest you wear a mask as a precaution for you and those around you but again, you will not be require to by any means. It is up to you to make these calls regarding your own personal health choices. All we ask is that you please be mindful of not only your own health and boundaries, but also the health and boundaries of the other guests in attendance. Everyone's health from the groom to the flower girl should be taken into account in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for us all. If you are feeling sick whatsoever, please stay home. We still send our love and celebration where ever you may be on our special day!
