We met at a college party in Grand Rapids in 2008 when we ended up talking for a long time (probably about the greatest movie ever made: Almost Famous.) We remained friends for the next five years, dated long-distance for one year, and have been in love and in Brooklyn since the summer of 2015. We got engaged on Steve's rooftop in February 2018. When we aren't on Steve's roof, we can probably be found searching for live music, bars with outdoor seating, or our next camping or travel destination. We can't wait to celebrate with all of you lovely people.
