If you are having trouble getting a room at the hotel where we have the block, please take a look at other hotels in the area. If you need any help finding a place to stay, please reach out to Lauren. She has a great spreadsheet of all the area hotels, we can try. Also consider looking at Airbnb and Vrbo to rent a house if that is something you are interested in. We are looking in possibly doing an Uber block in addition to a shuttle to make transportation easier for anyone staying elsewhere. More information to come as we get closer and we see where everyone is staying

Newark airport has the most availability for flights but is part of the New York City's airports (even though it is New Jersey). Please make sure you double check you are flying into Newark and not some other New York airport. Sometime when you search, all New York City airports are included, and you could end up at JFK and LaGuardia. Both these airports are more challenging to get to since they are in the city.
