Arrive at Lodge
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The Lodge is located about 1hr outside of Ouray with 5 miles on a 2WD road, then 2.5 miles on a 4WD mountain road. No cell service outside of town. Must have directions saved to phone. See Travel section for detailed instructions to get to the Lodge
Welcome Reception
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails, beverages, and the most fantastic mountain water that you can imagine.
Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Fire up the grill! Join us for a buffet-style meal of BBQ chicken, delicious sides, and seasonal vegetables.

Hearty Breakfast
7:30 am - 9:00 am
Enjoy a filling meal to start the day off right! Menu will be eggs, ham, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. Additionally, fruit and other vegetarian options will be available. Afterwards, please prepare your sandwich or other items for lunch to have it ready-to-go for the day!
Saturday Activities
9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Optional hike departing from the Lodge. This will be an easier hike on trails around the property to view the 7 waterfalls. We'll have supplies for you to pack snacks and plenty of water for your adventure! We'll plan to enjoy lunch once we return. Alternatively you can relax around the Lodge - playing lawn games, setting up a hammock, and simply enjoying in the mountain views!
Meet to Walk to Ceremony Site

Ceremony
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for our vows in an alpine meadow!
Formal photos with family and friends to follow. The ceremony site will be about a 5 minute walk from the main lodge and has a gentle incline as you approach the wooden platform, where we will have our ceremony. There is no shade, and wear shoes you'll be comfortable walking in along the dirt trail. There will be a back-up plan in the event of rain.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Appetizers and drinks out on the deck. Be sure to try our signature wedding cocktail: The Zoe.
Wedding Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

After Party
7:00 pm
Music and dancing as the sun sets. We’ll shift outside for our First Dance, cake cutting, and dance the night away! Desserts will be flourless chocolate cake and a fruit tart. Pending the local burn ban, we’ll wind down with a campfire and smores around 9:30 pm. Bring a sweater or have a change of clothes handy. The temperatures will cool off in the mountains once the sun goes down around 8pm.

Fresh pancakes with a peach compote and maple syrup. Eggs will also be served.
Depart the Lodge

Time to pack-up and bid farewell to the Lodge and our wonderful host, Eric.
Optional Sunday Jeep Tour or Hike
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Depending on guests' plans and interests, we could coordinate a Jeep Tour to the hard-to-reach backcountry or plan a longer hike through the mountains. Once there is more of a plan for the afternoon, we'll sort through further details and logistics.

Optional Monday activity

We can plan an outdoor adventure for guests who will be staying through Monday. Depending on interests, this could be either the Jeep Tour or a mountain hike. Both options would depart from Ouray.
