Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to be seated at 4:00p.m, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30p.m. There is no additional parking for guest who are NOT staying at Coconut Palm inn. We have arrange transportation for guests staying at island bay resort, Atlantic Bay Resort, and Creekside Inn. Pick up will start around 3:30p.m.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding & wedding weekend events are adults-only events so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoor?

Answer

Both our wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at Coconut Palm Inn located in Tavernier. The ceremony and reception will be on hard sand and we ask our guests to plan accordingly as far as foot wear for their own personal comfort. Remember we’re in the keys, no shoes ? No problem!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A Shuttle will be transporting guests staying at the following hotels: Atlantic Bay Resort, Island Bay Resort, Ocean Pointe Resort and Creekside Inn to and from Coconut Palm Inn. What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with all of you! To help make this celebration as memorable and beautiful as possible, we kindly ask that guests wear formal attire. Please refrain from wearing shorts or jeans, as we want everyone to feel as elegant and polished as the occasion. For the women: A midi or long lightweight dress paired with dressy sandals is recommended. Fancier jumpsuits are also welcome and just as perfect for the day. Google beach formal/cocktail attire for reference. For the men: A lightweight suit with closed-toe shoes is ideal. A tie is optional, but certainly encouraged if you’re feeling extra formal. We want everyone to look as beautiful and stylish as the stunning venue we’ll be celebrating at—your presence will make it even more unforgettable!
