This event is for immediate family and our wonderful bridal party/guests staying at the Inn. We are so excited to kick off our wedding weekend with you! Please join us for a fun and relaxed Welcome Party at the Coconut Palm Inn. We'll start with check-in for your hotel rooms at 4:00 PM. After you've settled in, join us for a backyard BBQ to celebrate with delicious food, great company, and good vibes. We'll be providing all the food—just bring your favorite drinks if you'd like to enjoy a cocktail or two! It's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quality time before sending us off into our next chapter as Husband and Wife!

Please arrive to be seated at 4:00p.m, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30p.m. There is no additional parking for guests who are not staying at Coconut Palm Inn. We have arrange transportation for guests staying at Island Bay Resort, Atlantic Bay Resort and Creekside Inn. Pick-up will start around 3:00p.m.
